Turn-Key Inspection Program Solutions
Using the latest versions of PC-Dmis and Polyworks; We provide and implement inspections programs that keep your projects running on time. These programs are push button start and can be run by virtually anyone.
Non-Contact Scanning and Reverse Engineering
Using Polyworks and our FARO arm, we can provide True part data consisting of millions of points. We can compare this data to an existing CAD model or to create a new CAD model all together. Comparing the scan to a CAD model using heat maps is a great way to visualize the deviations of your part.
Quick and Accurate Part Layouts
When making corrections to tools or molds you need to be certain that the data you receive is 100% accurate. Our technicians are experts at reading GD&T and reporting the results that correctly represent your part. If needed, we set aside time to go through each report to ensure that you understand exactly how your part is being made.
PC-Dmis Training
Our operators are well versed in PC-Dmis and can provide you the support that you need. We train on-site and use parts and fixtures that you are working on at your facility. This ensures that your operator(s) is being trained to your needs and specifications. We have the faculty and knowledge to get your check room up and running.
Fixture Certification and Gage R/Gage R&R Services
